Ashok Bajaj
Managing Director & CFO
Ashok Bajaj has a vast experience of over 40 years in the lending industry. He has made private finance available to innumerable businesses in the Mumbai Region over the span of his career. In 2015, he has taken over as MD of Insta Capital Private Limited (then known as Karavali Capital & Leasing Private Limited), and has transformed the company into a modern day SME Loan Company.
Ashok holds a Bachelor of Commerce & a LLB degree from Mumbai.
Vivek Bajaj
Director – Business Development
Vivek joined the finance business in 2012 and was inducted as a Director of Insta Capital in 2015. Since then has worked relentlessly on transforming the operations of the company, bringing in latest technology and exploring new opportunities in the Lending Business.
Vivek holds a Masters degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelors degree in Management Studies from Mumbai.
Ravi Bajaj
Director – Operations & Risk
Ravi has been appointed as director of Insta Capital in 2016, He has a vast experience in the finance sector, having worked for Ernst & Young, IDFC bank and IIFL Financial Services. His task at hand is to incorporate the industry’s best practices in the operations of the company, thereby giving it a competitive edge. His in depth knowledge of risk management and the working of the finance sector in India makes him poised to take the company to new heights.
Ravi holds an MBA in Finance Degree from NMIMS University & a Bachelors degree in Management Studies from Mumbai.
